Generated-App Licence

This Licence governs how you may use applications generated for you by Sapphire Sky (the "Service"). It is part of the Terms of Service. The tier that applies is the tier of your account at the time the app was built, recorded in the app's origin mark and cryptographic signature.

1. What you get

Subject to your compliance with this Licence and the Terms, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use, run, and modify the applications generated for you, as limited by your tier below. We do not claim ownership of the app delivered to you; we retain all rights in the Service and its underlying technology.

2. Tiers

Free tier

• Permitted: personal use, evaluation, learning, and non-commercial projects.
• Not permitted: commercial use — that is, use in or for a business, in production for an

organization, or to generate revenue — without upgrading to a paid tier.

• Attribution required: the visible "Powered by Sapphire Sky" badge must remain intact and visible.
• Free-tier apps carry a non-visible origin mark and a signature identifying the account, tier, and

build. You may not remove, obscure, or alter the badge, the mark, or the signature.

Paid tiers

• Permitted: commercial and production use.
• Visible badge: removed on the plans that include badge removal; some lower-priced paid plans keep

it. Your plan's page states which.

• Every app, on every plan, still carries the non-visible origin mark and signature for provenance;

removal of the non-visible mark is not currently offered.

• You may not remove or alter any mark the Service left in place for your plan in order to evade this

Licence or misrepresent the app's origin or tier.

3. What you may not do (all tiers)

• Use a free-tier app commercially without upgrading.
• Remove, disable, forge, or tamper with any origin mark, badge, or signature except as your tier

expressly permits.

• Represent a generated app as not originating from the Service where a mark or signature says otherwise.
• Use generated apps for unlawful or harmful purposes (see the Terms' acceptable-use section).

4. Provenance and enforcement

Every generated app carries a cryptographic signature (proving it came from the Service and was not altered) and, on every plan, a non-visible origin mark that resolves — with our key — to the account, tier, and build that produced it. These establish, as a matter of evidence, whether a deployed app was produced under this Licence and under which tier. Using an app contrary to its tier is a breach of this Licence and the Terms and may result in suspension, licence termination, and other remedies available at law. Where practical we will give notice and a chance to cure (for example, upgrading to the correct tier) before pursuing further remedies.

5. No warranty; your responsibility

Generated apps are provided as described in the Terms: verified safe in the Service's defined senses, not warranted correct, fit, or production-ready. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing any app before you deploy or distribute it. We are not liable for how a generated app behaves.

6. Regeneration and updates

Where the Service lets you regenerate or rebuild an app, the rebuilt app is licensed under the tier of your account at the time of the rebuild, and will carry the marks appropriate to that tier.

7. Termination

This Licence for a given app continues while you comply with it and the Terms. A material breach (including mark tampering or out-of-tier commercial use) may terminate your licence to affected apps. Copies you already distributed remain subject to the licence tier under which they were built.
